I moved from the music business to real estate over 15 years ago. For me, the transition from music to real estate was fairly natural. During the 23 years I was with Warner Bros Records, I held positions of Sr. VP of Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and Advertising. In those roles, I formed relationships with recording artists, agents, managers and industry executives. Those relationships...especially with artists and artists' management...demanded an extraordinary degree of sensitivity. That experience has helped develop a level of client service that is fairly unique in real estate. Whether helping clients formulate strategies for buying their first home or guiding investors through the maze of 1031 tax deferred exchange programs as part of their real estate investment portfolio, my goal is to involve, educate and advise my clients at every step along the way.
