Vesna Oelsner

Vesna Oelsner was born in Belgrade, the capital of former Yugoslavia, where she has lived until the age of 17 when she came to the United States for her university education. After graduating from Harvard College magna cum laude in 1988 with double concentration in sciences and visual environmental studies she worked as a securities trader first for Salomon Brothers and then for Morgan Stanley. After 6 years on Wall Street where she specialized in trading emerging market stocks and bonds, she moved with her family to Palm Beach in 1994 to run a small hedge fund investing in the securities and currencies of South American and Eastern European countries.Since becoming a part time resident of Florida, Vesna has also became a licensed real estate salesperson first in Florida (1996) and then in New York (2015). Her interest in real estate has led her to complete a two-year Construction Management Degree program in New York City and to keep taking university level classes in real estate management and development. In 2017 she became an approved government contractor in Florida. Vesna has been successfully investing in and managing real estate for the last 24 years in both states.Until she joined Daniel Gale in 2017 Vesna has been using her real estate knowledge exclusively for her own and her investors' investments. She has started working with clients in leasing and managing properties in New York only in the last 3 years.
