Melora Lane

Daniel Gale Sotheby's Intl. Realty

Description

I am a wife, mother, realtor, neighbor, friend, and volunteer. Growing up in Stony Brook, I fell in love with the North Shore of Long Island and, upon graduation from college, returned to the Three Village community where I met my husband, a native of nearby St. James. As first time homebuyers, we traveled to other states and different parts of New York looking for an area to call home, but couldn’t find a community that was lovelier to us than where we grew up. The excitement we experienced when we found our home is the same excitement that I see in my customers. It represents a new life chapter. The reasons we decided to live on Long Island were its natural beauty, excellent public schools, diverse cultural events, and accessibility to New York City. Most influential, however, was that our children would grow up near their grandparents and great grandparents. I believe that everyone’s life is a storybook and that a home is the setting for special events and the simple daily routines that fill its pages. A home should be safe, comfortable, and relaxing—a place for family and friends to share time together. When life transitions require new chapters with new homes, I would be honored to be the realtor you choose to hear your story. I offer thorough knowledge of the Three Village area and surrounding towns, strong communication skills, effective negotiating strategies, and a desire to help others. Using Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s vast resources, I’ll guide you through the preparation and moving processes and be there for you every step of the way. No matter what chapter you are ready to begin, let’s get the conversation started. I am a wife, mother, realtor, neighbor, friend, and volunteer.
