Janine Fakiris

A resident of the North Shore since 1995, also known as the Gold Coast among locals, Janine developed an interest in real estate after assisting her mother and sister in the business. Touring the many stately and elegant homes, rich in the history of the turn of the 20th century and its iconic figures, Janine fell in love with the architecture of the mansions and their bygone era. Her deep admiration for the area's history extended to purchasing a home for her family built on the forme Janine's real estate knowledge of the North Shore is complemented by years of involvement in commercial contracting and real estate investing, working alongside her husband, managing multiple family units in numerous states. Her long-time association with many aspects of the industry has afforded her recognition as Real Estate Salesperson Member of Gold Circle of Excellence. She has also been a unit leader member of the Long Island Board of Realtors National Association of Realtors, When Janine is not steeped in the many aspects of the industry and assisting clients, she spends time with her family, traveling to the beach or their family's farm in upstate Hudson Valley. She is also an active PTA member, running charity events, and fundraisers, as well as a board member at the local cove animal rescue, the municipal shelter for Glen Cove. Her community involvement, strong background in real estate, and love of history, are reflected in the commitment and devotion shown to her clients. Janine's experiences enable her to assist buyers and sellers looking to start the next stage in their lives.
