Deborah Hauser serves as Chief Operating Officer for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty where she supports the marketing and business development teams to deliver leading marketing and technology initiatives. Hauser is also responsible for co-managing the relationship with sales managers and agents and works closely with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
Previously, Hauser was Regional Sales Manager for five years with responsibility for 14 sales offices, supporting over 350 sales agents. Hauser also served as Sales Manager in the Cold Spring Harbor office for several years and began her real estate career as a top agent in that office. She was instrumental in creating a coaching and mentoring program for Daniel Gale agents in 2009 which contributed to its overall success through difficult market conditions.
Prior to joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, Hauser ran 2 successful restaurants with her husband, and spend her early career at various Wall Street firms in both sales and marketing rolls. Hauser attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, where she majored in English Literature and History. She resides in Cold Spring Harbor with her husband and two college-age children. She currently serves on the Board of the Hamptons Real Estate Association and the Cold Spring Harbor Education Foundation.
