Deborah Hauser is Chief Operating Officer for Daniel Gale Sotheby'sInternational Realty. She began her real estate career in 2002 as a salesassociate in the Cold Spring Harbor Office. In June, 2011, Deborah becamethe Sales Manager in Cold Spring Harbor and now oversees 14 of the companies25 sales offices. As part of the Senior Management team, Deborah has playeda significant role in the growth and expansion of the firm, now comprisingover 950 sales associates in 25 sales offices from Queens to Greenport. Thefirm grossed $3.3 billion in sales in 2017.Deborah brings a measured level of passion and precision to her role atDaniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. Her past experience of managingretail brokers on Wall Street and the successful operation of two successfulLong Island restaurants, have prepared Deborah for her role in real estatesales and management.In 2010, Deborah was instrumental in developing a coaching and mentoringprogram which to date, is one of the most successful initiatives Daniel GaleSotheby's International Realty has implemented.Prior to her role in Senior Management, Deborah earned her place in the GoldCircle of Excellence and has been a perennial top producer. A native of LongIsland's North Shore and a member of a "real estate family", Deborah has adeep understanding of the real estate landscape in the New York Metro area.Her support of charitable and philanthropic organizations represents hervaried interests.
