Judith Marino grew up in East Norwich and Muttontown and graduated from Oyster Bay High School. Each year she gives the Ralph J. Marino Memorial Scholarship to a deserving Oyster Bay High School student. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Empire State College, a Master of Science Degree and a Professional Diploma in School Administration from Long Island University, and a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Teachers College - Columbia University.After a successful teaching and administrative career in the Uniondale School District, she moved to the Locust Valley School District where she ultimately became the Assistant Superintendent for Educational Operations. In 2011, she moved to the North Babylon School District where she became the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel and Educational Operations. She retired from the North Babylon School District.In 2010, she was awarded the March of Dimes Golden Apple Award. She was also nominated for the Nassau County Teacher of the Year Award and she has been inducted into the Teachers College/Columbia University Honor Society.Dr. Marino is the co-author of several professional book chapters as well as state and foundation grants. She has lived in Oyster Bay for the past 20 years. She is truly enjoying her second career as a salesperson for Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty..
