Born and raised in Garden City, NY, Kathy attended St. Joseph’s elementary school for 8 years, enjoyed the Garden City public school system until graduation, and then attended St. John’s University, where she earned a BA in Business Administration. Working throughout college at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith, Kathy continued with the company post-graduation, obtained her Series 7 and Series 63 financial securities licenses at the company where she worked, and remained there until starting a family in 1991. Along with her husband, she raised their three children, who were all educated in the accredited Garden City public school system. Using her financial background coupled with her lifelong knowledge and love for her community, Kathy decided to pursue a career in real estate, which allowed her to consummate a new meaningful career closer to home.
