Tina Scognamillo

Tina is a native Long Island resident with the last 15 years having been spent on the North Shore. Originally living in Searingtown, and now in Manhasset, Tina is familiar with the North Shore communities. Prior to living on the North Shore, Tina lived in Queens where she attended St. John's University, both Undergraduate and Law School. With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and as a Litigation Attorney with a career spanning over 25 years, she is acutely aware of what it takes to negotiate a transaction. In her years of practice, Tina has negotiated multi-million dollar settlements. Tina has the ability to cultivate relationships with buyers and sellers alike due to her integrity, commitment and loyalty. Tina and her husband, Joseph, are members of the Manhasset community, having built and renovated a home, overseeing the construction, as well as every design detail. Tina understands and appreciates what both the Queens and North Shore communities have to offer, and stands ready to assist you.
