Born in the Beautiful Bronx, Kevin immediately “moved to the country” at six days-old and has been a Long Island lifer since. Williston Park was home throughout his St. Aidan’s – Chaminade – Hofstra education. Soon after college, Kevin met and married a girl from Garden City so — by law — they settled in Garden City. Together he and his bride bought and sold four GC homes. That immersion in the real estate business led Kevin to make it official and become licensed in his hometown’s DGSBut Long Island is, well, a long island. And Kevin has been splitting time up-Island and out east at family homes for decades. This dual-region knowledge positions Kevin to work his local market and to connect folks to the east end communities he’s intimately familiar with; a west-to-east pipeline, all within DGSIR territory. Kevin brings 25+ years of professional advertising and marketing experience and expertise to every interaction. A copywriter by trade, he is a relentless and award-winning creative leader specializing in crafting and implementing big, innovative ideas from strategy to planning to execution; a skillset that dovetails perfectly with the marketing, buying, and selling of real property — and an invaluable asset to his clients. Some interesting facts that form quite an eclectic mix of relationships: • One of 28 first cousins • Food guy who makes and trades home-grown pickles, bacon-fig jam, and swine candy; all coming soon to Farmers’ Markets near you • His 10x great-grandmother was the Pirate Queen of Ireland, Grace O’Malley a.k.a.
