While born and raised in Seattle, Pete Neu’s real estate career began in New York City where he quickly achieved Top 3 agent status for his brokerage. Focused on new residential construction during the mid 2000s boom, particularly in Brooklyn, he closed over $10 million across dozens of sales in his first two years. In 2006 Pete left the industry to travel the world, eventually returning stateside to earn a Masters of Fine Art degree from SVA in NYC and a Post-Bacc in Fine Art Photography from SAIC in Chicago, adding to his Business degree from the Univ. of Washington. Now based in Seattle, Pete understands the fluency, mobility, and challenges for his clientele in this ‘Tech Age.’ At the city-level he knows neighborhood character, school reputations, public transportation, restaurants, bars, and the arts scene that create the intangibles of place. At the home-level he advises clients on construction quality, interior décor trends, contractor suggestions, curb-appeal, development and zoning trends that affect property value across time. While at the lifestyle-level, Pete loves to show off the beauty of the Great Pacific Northwest so clients can find their perfect home here in Seattle, Bellevue, or beyond.
