Chris Snell

Chris Snell founded Snell Real Estate in 1997 with the primary goal of pioneering the use of escrow and the way real estate transactions were handled in Mexico. Chris went on to sell his company the beginning of 2012. His understanding of the real estate market and his vast experience in Los Cabos, as well his commitment to service excellence, make Chris Snell one of the most accomplished and knowledgeable real estate professionals in Los Cabos.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Chris Snell is a bi-lingual citizen of both the United States and Mexico. A licensed real estate agent in Texas, Chris began his vast career as Vice President of a large agricultural marketing company operating in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Following the sale of this company, Chris moved to California, where he developed a strong association with Don Koll, one of the largest commercial developers in California and of resort developments in Mexico, and he set forth in originating and implementing all of the existing closing divisions including property management, property rental, and trust processing departments.

Working with U.S. and Mexican Developers, Chris conceptualized and executed the planning and development of three of the most successful, high-end residential communities to date in Los Cabos; Villas del Mar, Villas Montana and Villas del Oro.
