I started tracking the St. Louis market in 1998. After learning comparative market analysis and becoming more knowledgeable about real estate in select school districts, I became a licensed real estate professional in 1999. I have produced over $60 million in sales. These numbers include a three year hiatus working as a referral agent. In addition, I have been a landlord for 10 years in the luxury market, so I understand the executive who may have varying real estate needs.
Given that I grew up in St. Louis and have family involved in the brokerage and marketing of real estate, I not only have an understanding of the “ins and outs” of neighborhoods, school districts and their intrinsic values, I offer marketing and staging recommendations to enhance a home for sale. I enjoy working with sellers as well as buyers, and I push hard when negotiating to create the best outcomes for my clients.
When I am not working with clients or selling real estate, I enjoy volunteering, traveling, writing, editing, and photography. I also raised a wonderful daughter who attends The Chelsea College of Art and Design in London.
