A native of Chicago's North Shore, and graduate of Loyola University, Erin's athleticism drove her to put down roots in Colorado. As a resident of the state since 1995, Erin has indulged her passion for sports – downhill and Nordic skiing, mountain biking, running – while making a name for herself as the founder and owner of Everyday Outfitters in Eagle, one of the valley's most successful fashion boutiques.
Moving her family up-valley to Eagle-Vail in 2016 meant selling her business, and this, in turn, presented her with an opportunity to pursue her interest in residential real estate. Truth be told, she’s been in sales for over 25 years and loves translating her passion for homes and marketing into exceptional outcomes for her clients.
Erin knows that buying or selling a house begins with a conversation about needs, interests, ambitions, and, yes, dreams. And she knows how to turn a conversation into actionable results, achieved under the best possible conditions.
“I go above and beyond for my clients,” says Erin. “I present creative solutions and am extremely customer service driven. I also have a good eye for design and can help clients stage their house for sale. I build trust through listening and deliver on my promise to keep every client’s best interests at heart. At the end of a transaction, I hope to have new friends.”
Her proven track record includes 25 years of sales experience with training from such firms as Dale Carnegie, Citibank corporate sales, and top-tier brokerage programs. As a resident, parent, athlete, and volunteer, Erin is well acquainted with valley architecture, local governance, community services, schools, and cultural events.
She finds time to give back through The Cycle Effect, and supports the Nordic Team at Ski & Snowboard Club Vail. An avid skier, Erin loves being outdoors hiking or Nordic skiing. Her curiosity, cultural savvy, and business acumen are characteristics guaranteed to work in your favor. Because buying or selling a home is about more than real estate. It's life.
