About Thuy Tran, Realtor
I am associated with Ferrari-Lund Real Estate. I have successfully worked with multiple types of clients buying and selling real estate. Past clients have included individuals as well as families from different cultures and ethnic groups. I have helped sellers, first time buyers, move-up clients, investors, and have also been involved with commercial leasing. What I love best in life, besides being a Mom, is being of service to my clients. It is a great honor to be involved with those wanting to achieve their goals.
I left Vietnam on a fishing boat in 1981 and was a refugee in the Philippines prior to coming to the US in 1982. Prior to living in Reno I lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have a Bachelor of Science degree
in Nursing from Marquette University. I have lived happily in Reno since 1996. I have been an active Realtor in Reno since 2007 and prior to that I was a mortgage lender.
Giving back to the community is another aspect of my life. I have donated a portion of my sales to the Vietnamese Association of Northern Nevada since 2009. I raised money for the Northern Nevada Food
Bank and the Ronald McDonald Chef Program. I’m also a member of The Asian Real Estate Association of America (Las Vegas and Sacramento Chapters). The Certified Residential Specialists of Northern Nevada (CRS), another organization with which I am active and received my designation, donated over $6,400 to Justin Hope Foundation which helps autistic children in Northern Nevada. You see, I have a sincere interest in contributing to a community that has provided me with bountiful business opportunities!
Personally, I enjoy the arts, writing haiku poems and traveling from time to time! I offer you a unique combination of innovative ideas, superb marketing strategies, a strong work ethic, and the ability to
succeed under difficult circumstances, which sometimes rear their head in real estate, although not very often in my transactions!

When we entered escrow on the property that we purchased, they guided us through the inspection period.
