She began her career in entertainment publicity, where she was an award-winning Publicist for MGM/UA Television and CBS Television, and rose to Vice President, Media & Corporate Relations at 20th Century Fox Television. Besides her professional work, Elaine gives back to the community and environment in a number of deeply personal ways. She is a member of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy - a 501 (3) non-profit organization - whose mission is to preserve land and restore our local habitat for the enjoyment and education of all. She is also a dedicated fund-raising Committee Member to a number of charities that benefit Women & Children's Services, as well as to those international organizations that champion Human Rights on a global basis.
