Description

Happiness is a communal experience! Jake’s greatest pleasure has always been sharing joy with those around him. Jake is passionate about bringing value and contribution into the lives of every person he works with, making him the perfect choice for your real estate needs. His vast experience in sales, marketing, and finance allows Jake to confidently negotiate for his clients and deliver proven results. His primary focus is to build lasting relationships by taking the time to truly understand his clients’ needs and create a specific action plan to improve their lives through his service. Jake isn’t satisfied until his clients are happy. Jake works side by side with his husband, Sean Baumann. Together they are known as “The Realtor Hubbies”. Their unique approach to the industry aims to combine both fun and sophistication into the real estate transaction. They feel perfectly at home within Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, where their main focus is to provide a top-notch luxury service to all of their clients, regardless of price point. Jake graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Film. His clients appreciate his creative background and innovative thinking. His transition from Acting to Real Estate is driven by an underlying passion for people—a love for helping others achieve success and, through those experiences, furthering his own personal growth. The Realtor Hubbies are partnered with the Utah Pride Center and donate a portion of their referral proceeds to helping the LGBT+ community. When Jake isn’t working for you, he enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with his husband and their two dogs. They love all that Utah has to offer and are excited to share that with you.
