Description

Wendy joins the Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty husband and wife, Linda and Chris Wood team.

Linda, sales associate, and Chris associate broker have over 15 years of real estate experience with designations of MCNE, GRI, ABR and CMRS.

Wendy was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii and college-educated in Hawaii and Washington. After graduating, she began her career as a TV reporter in the Puget Sound region connecting with community members and sharing their stories. Wendy also enjoyed an executive hospitality career in Las Vegas with the MGM Grand and Hilton Hotels before taking on full-time motherhood in the Sierra Nevada. Living in Prescott Valley for the past 13 years, Wendy has been a local entrepreneur, office manager, teacher, and human service administrator. These many life experiences have provided Wendy with a well-rounded perspective of people and their ever-changing lifestyle demands.

Making connections and bringing people together for a common goal is Wendy’s passion. As a parent educator and human services administrator, helping teen parents, grandparents and working professionals become the best parents possible, gives her pride in knowing she’s helped families evolve and thrive in society.

In real estate, there are many integral parts when buying or selling property: coordinating clients, working with agents, and finding appraisers, the right lender, escrow account and title company. All of this can be overwhelming to a buyer or seller. Whether purchasing a first, second or forever home, land or commercial property, it shouldn’t be a stressful situation. Wendy wants to help people make those big decisions and provide an easier transition to their new home and lifestyle.

Wherever you are on your journey, finding a realtor with Wendy’s compassion, kindness, respect, high work ethic, and keen ear will make your search for a property seamless.
