That includes finding innovative ways to market my clients' properties, keep them better informed, stay in touch with them, and generally make their lives easier.
Years of experience and contacts have helped me build a list of Realtors and clients that I work diligently when I get a new listing in case they have any interest or have a client who might be interested. Even more than marketing, I feel that the period from contract to closing is particularly critical. I have the experience to guide our clients through inspections, financing, attorney selection, HUD closing statement review, etc. I will work particularly hard to protect my clients rights and interests.
