Also worked as a general manager for an ethnic publishing firm for over 15 years publishing reference books and magazines, translation work for Fortune 500 companies working in the Middle East. You were able to secure an offer within a few hours of listing the property, and you managed to get a credit worthy offeror which enabled the deal to close in about a month. We have never been involved in a property purchase or sale which was actually completed in such a short time.
