Brenda Kinsey launched her real-estate career in 2007 as a land sales consultant with Bluegreen Communities and quickly became a top-producing agent, nationwide. The following year, at an established national brokerage, Brenda became a top producer in her first year and served on the firm’s Agent Leadership Council.
As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Brenda offers her clients an extra level of expertise and service. Her sincere passion for helping others, combined with a love of real estate, greatly enhances her ability to serve her clients at the highest level. As one of Brenda’s clients says, “Brenda has boundless energy — and one quickly realizes that her passion is in being responsive and totally committed to her client.” Much of Brenda’s current business is repeat business and personal referrals, which have blossomed into long-term personal relationships with her clients and their families. Many of her clients are now among her closest friends. For Brenda, that is one of her greatest honors.
Prior to becoming a real-estate agent, Brenda was a full-time mom for her four children, now grown. She cherishes the memories of shuffling four active kids to and from school and sporting events. Now, when she’s not finding ideal homes for clients, she volunteers at a local memory-care center, where she is humbled to help the aged community. Her hobbies include traveling and outdoor pursuits — especially hiking and biking — and spending time with her family and friends.
