As a top-producing Realtor and the business partner of a custom luxury homebuilder, Debra Brown views homes from a unique perspective. Her knowledge of the custom building process from lot location, design, budgeting, material selection, and implementation to closing, has equipped her to effectively and efficiently assist clients on new construction as well as provide great insight on existing homes.
Named one of McKinney's Top 25 Women in Business in 2014, Debra was honored to be recognized as one of the area's "remarkable women whose professional accomplishments and contributions to the community go well above and beyond the norm" by McKinney Magazine. Debra was the top producing individual Realtor in an office of 175 agents in 2014. She has had her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation since 2008.
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Debra was a mechanical engineer for Lockheed Martin in the space shuttle program at the NASA facility in Clearlake, Texas. After completing a Masters in Telecommunications, she worked for Nortel in engineering, planning and pre-sales and then for AT&T as a project manager.

Beyond selling real estate and providing exceptional service, Debra and her husband are also involved with and support various local charities such as Shiloh Place, Smiles Charity, and Minuteman Disaster Response.
