In the college days, I, like many others, was still trying to figure out who I was and what I wanted to be. I changed majors a number of times and dabbled in business management, psychology, interior design, and landscape design. All of these appealed to me on different levels, but no one thing seemed to be the right fit. In the meantime, I was holding down a full-time job as a dispatcher at FedEx – a company well known for great customer service. During this period of my life, I also started rehabbing houses and became active in the real estate investor community. This was when I truly started to feel in my element, and I decided to get my real estate license.
All the different majors I studied in college and my professional experience at FedEx helped to prepare me for what I do now. I love being a part of the homebuyer’s experience and helping each person find the perfect place to call home. Selling houses is my forte as I am a certified Strategic Pricing Specialist. I can visualize the diamond in the rough and have an eye for rehabs which allows me to advise those looking to establish equity. I also work with builders and developers, assisting with the process of building and selling houses from start to finish.
When I am not helping clients, I can usually be found at the Whitewater Center with my dog, sipping a latte at Central Coffee in Elizabeth or dropping in for a yoga class in NoDa or Dilworth. I truly enjoy becoming a part of the neighborhoods I love, and relish in discovering new restaurants or ambling through the little storefronts and galleries that make each neighborhood unique.
