So when it was time to sell, of course we went with her. Liz was delightful to work with when selling my home. She was friendly, accommodating and explained the selling process. She did thorough research of the area, pulled together informative comps, and listed my home at a competitive price. This created a biding war which increased the selling price of my home. She and her staff kept me informed of the process and timeline to follow to maintain my closing date with the buyer.
