Description

Karin grew up in the Midwest, getting her bachelor’s degree in Business at The Ohio State University. The wide open spaces of the west beckoned, where she has spent 20 years in the land development business, spending over 15 years as an executive at Promontory. Involved in Finance, Marketing, Construction, Operations, and most recently as the President of the Promontory Conservancy, she has a great understanding of the amenities of a great community, and the need to identify what the market wants before your competitors do. There is nothing more satisfying than being able to live in a community you helped create for your family.

Karin joined the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty team because of their incredible in-house advertising agency, highly competent transaction management department, unmatched photography, and inspiring Management team. Their enthusiasm and passion for the Real Estate industry and their clients is unmatched, allowing Karin to focus her time helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Attention to detail is important, whether it is preparing a home for a showing, or ensuring that her client understands any of the hidden details that may be involved in a transaction. Helping buyers discover the Park City lifestyle every day helps remind Karin what we might otherwise take for granted.

Karin lives in Park City with her real estate partner and husband, Brian, and her twins. She gives back to the community as a member of the Mountain Regional Water Advisory Board, and is the Chairperson of the Silver Summit Academy Advisory Committee, and by teaching a spin class twice a week. She enjoys spending time with her family golfing, skiing, and cooking, and tries to never miss the book club.
