My inspiration to become involved in real estate came from my parents, who had a commercial and residential real estate investment business near Boston, MA, where I grew up. This, as well as my experiences with fixing and flipping homes from 1994-2007 in Evergreen, added to my growing desire to pursue a real estate career. It is my intention to personally cater to the needs of every client for a smooth transition during the selling and/or buying process, and to be an advocate with a proactive, professional business approach and savvy negotiating skills. As I continue to build my real estate business, I strive to maintain long-term relationships with my clients as their premier agent by helping buyers and sellers through a lifetime of ownership.
I enjoy serving all of Metro Denver, but am especially drawn to Evergreen and the foothills because of their great access to many trails and parks, especially Bergen Peak and Three Sister’s Park. These areas offer spectacular views and are perfect for that quick lunchtime workout. The outdoor life helps to keep me motivated throughout my day, and the wildlife I encounter is inspiring. Another benefit to this area are the many world-famous places to catch live music, such as the Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison and the lawn at the Botanical Gardens in Denver. If you’ve never seen a concert at Red Rocks, it should become a “must do” on your list. It’s also a great place to work out in the morning with its amazing sunrises. Cycling up the famous Lookout Mountain in Golden Colorado is a weekly activity for me and a wonderful way to meet other enthusiasts. Having access to walkable communities like Old Town Arvada and downtown Golden provides me with fun places to shop and grab a coffee with a friend. When you need a place to unwind and stretch out those legs, there are a plethora of yoga studios available in all communities. From Hot yoga to the traditional lineage, there are many options to choose from including True Yoga in Evergreen and Core Power all over the Denver area. Not very far away is Summit County which has endless trails of snowshoeing and skiing. And in the summer, there are day trips in any direction whether by car, or on a Harley. But the day is usually best topped off best with a home-cooked meal, spending time visiting with family and friends on the front porch.
Traveling all over the world, including all over the US, as well as South America and China, has given me a broader perspective and inspired me to choose to work with and support a number of worthy non-profit organizations including 100 Women Who Care-Jeffco, as well as missionaries all over the world. In addition, my husband and I have adopted a child in Haiti through Compassion International. When my time allows I enjoy volunteering with a small local food bank and giving back to the homeless community.
Whether upsizing or downsizing, purchasing investment properties or vacation homes, or even relocating, I look forward to being your trusted authority and an invaluable resource for all of your real estate needs.
