Born and raised in the Chicago area, Mark Booczko knows and loves his hometown. Having raised three children with his wife, a Chicago public school teacher, Mark understands the challenges families face when finding a new home. With the knowledge he has gained as a Chicago city planner and business owner, whose professional experience has involved projects in most of the city’s 77 community areas, Mark guides both buyers and sellers toward the best possible strategies to achieving their real estate goals. He provides clients with a wealth of practical knowledge in home construction and maintenance, as well as critical insight at the community level. Familiarity with the city enables him to share invaluable information regarding schools, transportation, and neighborhood amenities.
With 15 years in the hospitality industry, customer care is Mark’s primary focus. His passionate approach to managing your real estate experience combines communication, professionalism, trust and patience to ensure a smooth transaction. Mark is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to help a broader range of clients. He is prepared to advise clients for any area within the city limits and the suburbs.
Outside of his work as a broker, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors, especially skiing and hiking. He is also an avid follower of high school and college athletics.
