There is strength in diversity, the business partnership of Anne Ferro & Bryan Durkin proves it. Our roots are very different, but once we joined forces there’s been no stopping us. We specialize in luxury listings, with a focus on golf, gated, historic, and horse properties from central Tucson to the Catalina Foothills. Bryan adds a Western touch, also representing ranch properties in Tubac and Sonoita. Real estate has been the only job for either of us, and the only job we’ve wanted.
Anne grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut and attended Smith College. Bryan grew up on a large working cattle ranch in Tubac, Arizona. But we both studied at the University of Arizona—Anne was in archaeology and English; Bryan majored in business marketing at the Eller College of Management.
So why should you let us list your property or help you find your dream home? Between us we have more than a half-century of experience. Working as a team since 2007, we’ve handled some of the region’s biggest residential transactions. In 2016, we represented both sides of a $3.25 million sale in the Catalina Foothills. We hold the record for the most expensive relocation sale in Tucson through Leading RE, at $2.7 million. We are two of Tucson’s most respected and top-producing agents, with annual sales in the multimillion-dollar range. Our total since 1998 tops $275 million.
Anne is an associate broker and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® for residential-sales professionals. As a second-generation native Arizonan and third-generation Arizona REALTOR®, Bryan’s local knowledge and business acumen are unsurpassed.
A sales record like ours is no accident. Friends and clients say we’re hard-working, focused, determined and compassionate, and we give every client our full attention and best effort. Let us show what we can do for you!
