As a result, I can better help clients assess alternative areas; I can effectively assist clients in their transition from their gated Calabasas homes to their luxurious south of the boulevard homes; and I have a better overall knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market as a whole.”

A self proclaimed “real estate junkie,” Michael thrives on the relationships he creates and meeting the needs of his clients. Michael is uncompromising about his philosophy that real estate is a very personal business. “I cannot stress the fact that listening is one of the most important things to fulfilling a client’s needs. In some cases, the clients don’t even know what they need but a good agent can help them through the process. Staying focused on a client’s needs without being motivated by the monetary aspect of a transaction is extremely important.”
