The skills she earned through these experiences—including time management, strong negotiation skills, an ability to build rapport, and exceptional client communication—have helped her immensely in the complex process of handling property transactions. Lenice appreciates being able to help others attain their goals by listening to their needs, advocating for their interests, and answering their challenges. She specializes in buyer and seller representation, particularly working with first time home buyers, college students, and within condominium sales.
Lenice has an extensive knowledge of market trends, and knows how to build detailed pricing strategies and use powerful marketing tools to achieve a greater sale. Her in-depth understanding of mortgage financing and property evaluation are also of great value to buyers. A lifelong Chicago native, Lenice has particular expertise in several city neighborhoods and suburbs, including Rogers Park, Hyde Park, Evanston, Skokie, and the North Shore suburbs.
In addition to her work in sales, Lenice enjoys doing gut rehab work on distressed properties, as well as conducting seminars on credit repair and steps to buying a new home. She is a member of the Women of Evanston Business Owners.
