The entrepreneurial spirit began at a very young age for Wes. Born and raised in Holladay, Utah, Wes purchased his first real estate Carelton Sheets educational kit, of buying and selling real estate at age thirteen with money he earned from his paper route. Wes then went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and studied business, marketing, and consumer behavior. Prior to joining the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty team, he worked at Bell Realty where he gained a strong work ethic and a commitment to provide “the best possible service.” Wes is known to his peers in the industry, and clients, as someone who is fair, upfront, and transparent in ensuring successful outcomes in the real estate transaction process. Wes also makes sure to continually shore up his knowledge on all the latest developments in technology, marketing, and real estate-related policies and procedures in order to give his clients the best services available. He is a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), and is also an active member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.

Wes is married with three fantastic kids. He enjoys learning, meeting new people, music, sports, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. One of his proudest achievements, recently is teaching his kids, nephews and nieces, and their neighborhood friends the joy of rollerblading.
