Craig was first licensed in 1988; however, due to the demands of owning and operating a full service technology business at the time, he had to give it up in 1991 only to re-enter the business full time in the summer of 2005 after selling his company. The first thing he realized upon re-entering the business, is that it had become much more sophisticated and technical; however, given his background, he feels right at home providing his clients the finest representation available while staying up on the latest sales and marketing trends. Craig has quickly become a Top Producer on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, focusing on large estates, farms, and recreational hunting properties.
Before joining Meredith Fine Properties as Partner, Craig was the team leader of Linthicum Fine Properties of Long & Foster, Realtor with Benson and Mangold Real Estate, President of Black Oak Technology Solutions, and Sales and Marketing Representative with IBM. Given his collective knowledge and experience in the local real estate market, along with being a native of the Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Craig is well positioned to assist clients throughout the buying or selling process. From the bay to the beach, every transaction regardless of its size is important to him. Dedication and commitment from start to finish.
As a member of the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors and previous Board of Directors and the Chamber of Commerce he works diligently in promoting the area. He is an avid sportsman enjoying hunting and fishing. Craig also played both football and lacrosse, going on to become a 3x All-America and 1980 National Champion in Men’s Lacrosse at UMBC.
Craig graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He has three grown children, Erika, Will, and Carly, and resides in Bozman, Maryland.
