Liz Nida brings both a longtime passion for real estate and years of marketing and business experience to her career as a broker. In addition to working with two Michigan realtors prior to coming to Chicago, Liz’s business knowledge has developed as a result of her work in marketing/public relations and as Director of Operations and Business Development for a healthcare program at the University of Chicago. Her professional skills—including creative problem-solving, attention to detail, strong communication, and an ability to assess client needs and connect resources—have made her a committed advocate and negotiator for her real estate clients, whether they are looking to buy, sell, or invest in residential or commercial property.
Liz received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder and her master’s degree from the University of Chicago. She has lived in Chicago for eight years, and appreciates the opportunity to help others find their perfect home in a city she has grown to love. Outside of her work as a broker, Liz enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and maintaining an active lifestyle through spinning classes and running. She is also an avid traveler, including an annual optical service trip to the Caribbean island of Dominica through her volunteer work with VOSH and Rotary.
