Tom’s talents for sales and contract negotiation have a track record for producing significant results, including achieving a 200% increase in sales volume over four years for a healthcare consulting firm. The skills Tom has developed provide his real estate clients with a reliable, proficient advocate for their goals, whether they are looking to buy, sell, rent, or invest within the Chicago market.
Further adding to Tom’s natural move into a real estate career, he worked in construction growing up, has an eye for selecting rehab-ready properties, and also has an understanding and appreciation for the quality craftsmanship of luxury homes. He has lived in the River North and River West neighborhoods, and in addition to these areas he provides real estate expertise from Lincoln Park to the Loop.

Outside of his work as a broker, Tom enjoys maintaining an active, athletic lifestyle—particularly lacrosse, which he played in college and coached for four years after—as well as exploring Chicago’s dynamic restaurant scene.
