Caitlin prides herself on her commanding expertise of the Denver metro area and its many beautiful suburbs. As a true native, she has lived in Castle Pines, Boulder, and Denver. This knowledge and experience is paired with her unrelenting passion for all that our state has to offer. After nearly 3 years in the real estate industry, Caitlin is moving from a behind-the-scenes position to that of a full-time broker. She is fortunate enough to be partnering with Laurie Brennan and her almost 15 years of experience working with Buyers and Sellers. From working in the LIV Sotheby's downtown office, Caitlin has developed a strong background in marketing and social media combined with in depth knowledge of every aspect of the selling process - from list to close.
Caitlin and her husband are recent first-time homebuyers in Denver, and therefore know the joys and stresses of this experience first-hand. This gives her a practical perspective of the buying process - specifically of buying an older home.
Prior to the real estate business, Caitlin spent all her professional life in the hospitality industry. From the age of 15 through college, Caitlin has worked in restaurants, coffee shops and customer service positions. Her most recent venture was in the culinary world. After attending the University of Colorado in Boulder for International Relations, she attended Boulder's elite private cooking school - The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts - to obtain a Culinary Arts Degree. She was hired as a pastry chef intern and quickly moved up the company to Executive Pastry Chef of 4 restaurants. This hospitality background has given Caitlin a unique understanding of the importance of empathizing with her clients' situations. She knows that open and frequent communication with all parties, timing and process are crucial to keeping deals together. The buying or selling of Real Estate can be complicated and stressful. In other words, Caitlin will stop at nothing to make sure that her clients receive the most attention and feel completely comfortable with the enormity of home selling and purchasing.
