As a Buckhead native, I naturally joined Harry Norman as leasing coordinator for the 1996 Olympics. Ever since, I’ve been the “go to” leasing specialist. My recession pivot in 2010 was to join the film industry and in 2015, I launched what became the largest leasing company for privately owned, furnished properties. My team represented hundreds of property owners by attracting actors (including most Marvel headliners) film studios, C-Suite execs relocating to Atlanta, and found temporary housing for victims of fires and floods working with companies such as Chubb Insurance.  Recognized as the local authority, I’ve been a panelist on stages and was interviewed numerous times by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and the AJC. I executed over 700 leases using my sphere, not relying on FMLS which allows for the privacy sought in many luxury transactions. Still the primary owner of Above the Line Properties and as an IATSE 479 Union member, I continue to serve the needs of the film industry for leasing and buying and had the highest sale for a home listed by Harry Norman in 2021.
