Adam's deep passion for real estate began at an early age. While working for his families' real estate development company in North Carolina throughout his childhood, he honed his skills early on. From the onset people saw Adam had the talents to be a force in the industry. After college, Adam became a partner in the business and began his first project, a $6 million class A office building, which he completed and leased to 95% within the first year. He went on to develop over $150 million of property, signing leases for many Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties, Adam was at one of the top Real Estate firms in New York City, where he worked successfully with sellers and buyers from $400K-$17MM. In 2015 and 2016 Adam was the top individual agent at the firm. Adam's knack of understanding his clients needs and wants, allows him to obtain the outcome they are seeking, whether for a seller on a listing, or a buyer purchasing a pied-a-terre for his family. He understands the emotionality in the process, and works with his clients to make it an experience they would want to have again. He treats each client the same and looks at the transaction like it was his own. Adam's southern charm and enthusiastic personality, keeps his clients coming back. They see he wears his passion on his sleeve and that he will do anything to get the deal done.
Adam earned a degree in business management with a finance concentration from North Carolina State University. He is a licensed real estate agent in New York, a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, and is also an unlimited licensed general contractor in NC.
Adam likes to give back to the community when he can. For over a decade Adam was one of the top fundraisers for the Boys and Girls Club annual camp drive. It allows underprivileged kids to go to camp free of charge during the summer vacation. Adam has other passions as well. He is a giant car buff, enjoys playing golf, boating, and going to the beach in spare time.
