Paul Bilsky has established himself as a top real estate agent in the Stratton Resort marketplace. Previously one of Stratton Real Estate’s most successful sales agents, Paul was instrumental in selling and listing townhomes, condominiums, single-family homes and land. His ability to meet the needs of his customers comes from being a Stratton skier since 1975.
Bilsky was a member of the sales team for the new product launch of Hearthstone Lodge where he led the team in sales. At Founders Lodge, he was responsible for the sales in the iconic “Tower” that defines the building. His significant sales also include Tamarack Heights, the ultimate Stratton purchase, where he worked with a buyer to secure a million dollar building lot; one of only twelve exclusive parcels. Paul is adept at bringing buyer and seller together; whether a luxurious single family home or a practical studio condo. He has the reputation of becoming friends with many of his clients and colleagues who enjoy his gregarious nature.
Paul and his wife Terry moved to their ski house in Manchester 20 years ago after being ‘weekend warriors’ while living in Manhattan. He returns frequently to the City and is knowledgeable about NYC values, especially on the Upper East and West Sides. Their son Lee learned to ski at Stratton at the age of 2 and now lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn, working for King’s County Distillery.
Paul loves skiing, especially when it involves taking a customer out for a few runs to arrive at a Solstice or Snowbridge ski-on ski-off townhome. His other passion is playing golf as a member of the Manchester Country Club for 28 years, where many Stratton homeowners gather.
