After practicing law for nine years, Laura became licensed to sell real estate in 2013. She approaches her career in real estate with the same diligence, professionalism, energy, and negotiating skills as she did while practicing law. You can count on Laura to make sure the details of buying and selling are covered! She is trained to identify potential contract issues and will help make sure that you are protected and that your transaction is as smooth as possible.
While Laura is available to help you with any residential needs, Laura has specialized knowledge for clients with unique needs. She owns investment property and routinely works with investor clients to educate them about the benefits of owing investment property. She is also excellent with helping seniors who are going through the process of downsizing their homes, as she understands the unique challenges for this population. Laura is routinely appointed by the Court to represent couples who are selling their home as a result of a divorce because she has knowledge of the process from her many years of law practice. Don’t hesitate to ask how she can help you with a challenging situation because Laura loves helping find solutions!
Outside of work, Laura is actively involved with the community, having served on several Boards, including Safe Place Services and Junior League of Louisville. Presently, she serves as a child advocate for Court Appointed Special Advocates, representing the best interests of abused children in Court. In 2014, Laura campaigned for the District 9 Metro Council seat. All of these experiences have deepened her understanding of our community and have greatly expanded her network.
Laura strives to exceed expectations at all times. She wants to be your trusted real estate advisor. Developing a long-term relationship with you is her goal. Clients are often surprised how often they hear from her after closing!
