Chuck Quesada’s range of personal and professional experiences in property investment and finance provided him with base of knowledge that has served him and his clients through over 11 years as a real estate broker. He first became involved with the industry as a home flipper, which helped him gain insight into reading the market, estimating property value, and renovation, as well as sound strategies for selling a home. Chuck was also vice president of retail banking for a large Midwestern bank, a challenging position that required skill in sales, marketing, and time management. Additionally, Chuck has worked as a loan officer and fully understands how to help buyers acquire their mortgage.
Chuck prides himself on his commitment to quality service. He makes a point to guide his clients through each step of the buying, selling, or investing process. Chuck is an open and available communicator, ready to answer questions or offer advice whenever needed. He considers the most satisfying aspect of working in real estate sales to be the positive change he brings to people’s lives when he has assisted them in closing on the purchase of a home they truly love.
A native Chicagoan, Chuck specializes in helping both experienced and first time buyers and investors within the markets of Chicago’s north side and the nearby north suburbs. He is also ready with resources and advice for current owners with regards to their home improvement projects. Outside of his work as a realtor, he is a volunteer with the Bring The Music Initiative, helping children in foster care appreciate music through learning a new instrument. Chuck also enjoys tennis, as both an avid player and tournament spectator.
