Every client and every request in a restaurant is unique, and Kevin finds the similar uniqueness of helping different people achieve their goals in their real estate transactions to be a rewarding challenge. Today, while he primarily specializes in residential condo sales, he has begun to branch out into investment property as well, and has recently broken through in his business as a $5M+ producer.
Besides his dedication to client service, Kevin also prides himself on his ambition and that of his team. He is constantly looking for new ways to improve his sales process and strategy, from marketing to listing technology to the best restaurant to take a client to after successfully closing a deal for them. He loves the deeply personal nature of the real estate industry and the opportunity it provides him to get to know people better and develop long-term professional relationships.
Kevin has lived in Chicago for over five years, and he has particular expertise in the neighborhoods of West Loop, River North. Although his work takes up the majority of his time, he's also an avid runner, and often finds himself using this time to either conduct business over the phone or let his mind clear to better focus on solving his clients' concerns.
