James Noorlag brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a property investor and manager to his business as a real estate broker. Since purchasing his first 4-flat building in Wicker Park at the age of 25, James has leased and maintained over 25 apartments in the city, building strong relationships with his tenants due to his dedication and professionalism. After working to help several of his tenants acquire their first homes and advising investors in locating quality properties, the decision to earn his broker’s license was a natural one. He believes in providing each of his clients with loyalty, expertise, and empathy, and helping them navigate the often-complex process of buying or selling property.
In addition to his work as a broker and property manager, James has been a Chicago public school teacher for several years, teaching high school mathematics at the Marine Corps Academy. He has been a resident of both Wicker Park and Bucktown and is ready to show clients their housing options in these neighborhoods and many others throughout the city. He loves dogs, and is happy to help other dog lovers find the home that works best for their entire family—including pets!
