Mark Ficklin & Jim Geldien

Jim Geldien is an Ohio native and has made Scottsdale, Arizona his home for 32 years and Maui, Hawaii for eight years. During his time in Hawaii Jim co-owned a condo management company which included interior design services. After eight years he returned to Scottsdale to take over the reins of his aunt's 45-year-old company, Anne Craig Realty, which is now under the brokerage of Arizona Best Real Estate and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

Jim is a skilled strategist, possesses solid knowledge of the metropolitan area, and pays extensive attention to detail. He says, “I have a slogan; 'mobiles to millions' because during my 40 years of being a full-time realtor I've sold everything from one lone mobile home to twelve luxury properties in the prestigious Scottsdale Waterfront Residences.” He spends much of his time working within the luxury market and is a top two percent producer in his company. He takes great pride in being able not only to guide buyers through the purchase process, but to assist them, when needed, on remodeling and interior design ideas. He is the owner of JAM of Maui Designs and is rarely without at least one major design job at anytime.

In his earlier years, he was Director of Operations at Dale Anderson Restaurants and Hotels with 400 employees in his charge, including six hotels and nine restaurants in Arizona and California. Jim spends much of his holiday time either back in Ohio on his boat or on a cruise ship somewhere around the world. He has a strong commitment to community and is also very active as a member of many committees at Valley Presbyterian Church and founding member of Encore University, serving on the Board of Directors.

Mark Ficklin is an Illinois native but was moved with his family to Arizona at the early age of two, so he considers himself an Arizona native. Mark studied at Arizona State University in Business Management and worked in the airline industry with America West Airlines for 15 years. Mark co-owned a condo booking, maintenance and interior design company while living on Maui.

Mark joined his partner as a full-time realtor with Anne Craig Realty, which is now under the brokerage of Arizona Best Real Estate and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Mark enjoys finding the perfect home for his clients. He is a skilled strategist, possesses solid knowledge of the metropolitan area and pays close attention to detail. He is within the top two percent of producers with his company and continues to immerse himself in continuing education, earning the Accredited Buyers Representative and e-Pro Certifications.

Mark's personal time includes captaining his boat in Ohio, cruising different parts of the world and perpetually trying to train his miniature schnauzer, Billy. He has a strong commitment to community and has held leadership roles within his homeowners association as Vice President and Committee Chair. He also spends numerous hours as a volunteer at Valley Presbyterian Church.
