John’s previous experience as a VP of Product Management in the tech industry required him to exercise key marketing skills including but not limited to market and competitive assessments, positioning and pricing, and promotion. John’s real estate clients today benefit greatly from his ability to leverage these skills in a fast and ever-changing market.
SKILLS: John has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Vermont. His problem-solving skills gained through his years managing complex product marketing plans, development and rollouts offers clients a broker who can think out of the box when looking to solve property buying or selling challenges. COMMUNITY: John recognizes the importance of staying in touch with his community and its surrounding areas. He stays well informed about community issues and plans for new property developments. He is a member of the Golden Rotary Club and he sits on the Board of Directors at the Foothills Art Center and volunteers at festivals and fundraisers in Evergreen and Golden. His past involvement with HOAs, businesses, and non-profits focused on helping the handicapped, further expands his depth of community knowledge and experience within the Front Range area. John also writes informative and experienced based real estate articles under the banner of "Puma's Corner" as well.
John enjoys Colorado’s outdoor-oriented culture and during time off likes to ski, bicycle, golf, hike the mountains with his dog and explore Colorado on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
