With national, international and over 20 years in Breckenridge, Jack Wolfe's vast business and real estate experience is the foundation of his success. Jack has used his unparalleled luxury residential and commercial development and sales experience to guide buyers and sellers to meet their needs. Jack has successfully developed, bought and sold over $750M of real estate in his career. Jack spent the first 7 years of his career as a land planner for ski resorts and golf communities in the west. After receiving a Masters in Business from the University of Denver, he spent 9 years with the real estate development subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company acquiring properties and developing large resort hotel and commercial projects in Orlando, Florida and Paris, France. Jack and his wife Wendy moved to Breckenridge in 1995 to develop luxury residential and commercial properties as a partner for East West Partners. Jack was the developer for the prestigious Timber Trail Estates, Main Street Junction, One Breckenridge Place, and the Reserve at Frisco. In the early 2000s, Jack led the master planning and development of Main Street Station, one of the largest redevelopment projects ever in the Town of Breckenridge. As a part of that project, Jack managed the sale of $41M of luxury residential condominiums in one day leading up to the completion and opening of Main Street Station in 2001. Jack later joined Vail Resorts to manage their real estate projects in Summit County. He obtained approvals for the Peak 7 & 8 Gondola connecting the Town to the base of the ski area, providing a significant improvement to the guest experience. Thereafter, Jack played integral sale and development roles in a diverse set of private clubs, luxury communities, and commercial projects including the WaterSound, a new community and private beach club in Northwest Florida and the newly opened Great Wolf Resort in Southern California. In 2008, Jack started Wolfe & Company, a brokerage focused on commercial real estate investment sales and leasing. Jack believes in giving back to the Summit County community. He was Co-Chair of the Board for the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center and President of the Summit Huts Association Board. He served on the Town of Breckenridge's Planning Commission and Open Space Advisory Commission. He recently joined the Summit Foundation Board and serves on their Development Committee.
