Matthew Sonberg

Matt Sonberg graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Health and Human Performance. After working for a large research firm in New York City for several years, Matt Sonberg became homesick for Florida and moved to Brevard County. Matt has a diverse set of skills including sales, customer service, computer technology and marketing. Licensed by the FAA, he is experienced in “drone photography and videography”, something that is increasingly more important in the marketing of his customer’s properties. “I feel that my previous life and work experiences has given me the perfect foundation for a career in real estate sales,” Matt said. “I learned the importance of professionalism, integrity, accountability and hard work early. I’m very comfortable with the latest and most up to date technology to market real estate and I’m extremely well organized. I stay on top of my customer’s contracts from listing to close; I’m very detail oriented so I don’t miss or lose track of the important elements.”

Matt Sonberg believes that every transaction continues after the ink has dried on the contract. “I believe that in the real estate industry every home and every family is different and needs to be treated as such. This is not a cookie cutter industry. I still work with my clients after the sale, helping them find services they need and reaching out to my contacts for any assistance a homeowner might require.”

Matt Sonberg and his wife have a young son whom he enjoys sharing his love of the ocean with. “I love everything about the water, from fishing to surfing and more, and I want my son to grow up with that love too. The East coast of Florida is a wonderful place to raise a family.
