Erin has been deeply immersed in the Denver market since beginning her career in 2006 and has been exceeding expectations ever since. She found a sense of profound purpose in real estate, which is evidenced in her commitment and dedication to her clients and the growth of her business year after year. She has been actively involved in every component of the industry, providing her with a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise. She has been a recipient of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors Excellence Award every year since becoming a broker and is a Certified Negotiation Expert. Her top priority is to be of maximum value to her clients and to impact their livelihood through buying and selling property.
After graduating cum laude from the College of Business at Colorado State University in 2005, she had the pleasure of working with her father in the family business of new construction. However, she quickly saw that she wanted to make her own mark professionally and fell in love with the fast-paced excitement of the Denver real estate market. She has since sharpened her technical skills and built a network of valuable relationships in order to help buyers and sellers realize their dreams in the city she loves so dearly.
As a Denver native, Erin has developed a rich understanding and appreciation of the community here in Metro Denver over her lifetime. She understands the emotional appeal of finding a 'home' as opposed to a place to live. She also recognizes that many people view real estate strictly in terms of an investment. Selling or buying property can be both an emotional and stressful process, but Erin firmly believes that it doesn't have to be. She works tirelessly to ensure that her clients have a pleasant, easy experience, are satisfied with the outcome, and ultimately feel good about the process. She prides herself on being a problem solver. Her clients find her calm nature reassuring and her enthusiasm encouraging. Her style perfectly blends compassion and practical business sense.
Erin has always been drawn to the neighborhoods of Northwest Denver, and has called LoHi, Sloan's Lake, Jefferson Park and West Highland home before settling in the Regis neighborhood. When she's not busy serving clients, you might find her cheering on the Nuggets at the Pepsi Center, riding her bike to brunch on Tennyson Street, or working on her 1928 brick Bungalow.
