I started my real estate career ten years ago as a branch manager of a mortgage loan company. During three of these years as branch manager, I was able to learn the ins and outs of the mortgage loan process, foreclosures, and short sales. When the recession hit in 2007, I saw a strong need in the market for short sale professionals, which led me to start my own short sale company. As president of this company, I spent four years buying, selling real estate, and successfully flipping over 300 properties for a profit.
When the market rebounded from the recession in 2011, I was able to pursue my ultimate dream of becoming a full-service real estate broker with Rodeo Realty. I have spent these past four years cultivating my knowledge and negotiation skills in order to provide my clients with an unparalleled level of customer satisfaction.
