Caroline O’Reardon is dedicated to being the best advocate for her clients. A consummate professional, Caroline expertly balances “doing what is right” with a friendly, approachable, open manner that commends her to clients and colleagues alike.
Caroline entered residential real estate sales from a strong, award-winning career as a critical-care nurse and author of many important medical research articles. Highly motivated with a solid history of achievement, she is a proven leader with exemplary organizational and communication skills who thrives in a challenge and results-driven environment.
“As a critical care nurse, I looked forward to my home as a sanctuary after a long, stressed-filled day,” Caroline says. “Now as a Realtor, I understand completely the importance of home as a retreat, a place to recharge, and I work hard to achieve a sense of well-being for my clients in their new homes.
A sense of urgency and attention to details are additional strong points for Caroline, as is an ability to think outside of the box. “The purchase and sale processes can be stressful. My extensive training and skills working with people and their relatives in medical crises equip me to move through challenges calmly and keep clients and their transactions on track to closing.”
A native of Dublin, Ireland, Caroline moved to Houston in 1985. In 1996, her husband’s company transferred them to Tokyo, then Hong Kong and finally Indonesia, where they lived until returning to Houston in 2001. Caroline is the mother of two school-age sons and, when time permits, enjoys traveling, jogging, going to the movies, and photography.
