Syd Leibovitch, president and owner of RODEO REALTY, the #1 independent brokerage in California, recently was quoted as saying, "Randy has such a passionate, caring, professional attitude and drive. I met few realtors with his unique knowledge and skills. The guy has done it all! He knows every street every house and even every restaurant. There are very few agents I would recommend to my mother."
