Dolf graduated cum laude with a business degree from the University of Colorado and graduated cum laude with a law degree from the University of California. After law school, Dolf moved to Chicago to join the prestigious law firm of Winston & Strawn, where he was able to incorporate both his business and law degree while working in the corporate law division of the firm. Dolf, with his corporate law success, left Winston & Strawn to pursue his passion for real estate marketing and development. Dolf moved back to Vero Beach and joined the family real estate development business. Dolf has been a Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker since 1999 and is excited to provide his expertise and passion for real estate to his clients at Premier Estate Properties. In addition to his career-long involvement in real estate brokerage, Dolf has personally assembled, developed, and sold over 120 properties and over 4,000 acres of land. Dolf has an established record of sales success and his projects are known for raising the bar in terms of architectural design and value. Dolf is currently designing and constructing a private beachside enclave of ten properties that will showcase comprehensive architectural detail from A1A to the ocean.
Top-Tier Estate Agent: For the past three years, Dolf was the President of a company that co-developed a $150 million renewable energy project that is now operating in Vero Beach. Dolf co-founded the Vero Beach Polo Club, as well as developing The Polo Grounds and The Ranch, two signature developments in Indian River County. Additionally, Dolf has represented multi-million dollar buyers and sellers as evidenced by a recent $18 million purchase and a $17 million sale.
